OUR RETURN POLICY
AIRMILITAIRE L.L.C. gives customers the opportunity to return products within 30 days from the purchase date in order to receive refunds for products. Customers are responsible to notify us of any product defects or incomplete shipments immediately upon receipt of the goods. To return a product, simply E-mail or call customer service with the Order Number, Product SKU and reason for return.
You can receive a refund for any product if:
1) the wrong product SKU was shipped
or
2) the product shipped is defective in any way.
If the product shipped is the correct product SKU and it was found in proper condition upon arrival, then you are still welcome to return the product. However, requesting a credit for your order will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you have received a different product SKU than what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
· All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.)
